Is this free? Do I need insurance?
The vaccine itself is free however there is a charge for administering the vaccination. Patients who have no insurance, including Arlington Free Clinic patients, will have their bills submitted to a Federally funded program that will pay this administration fee at no cost to the patient.
I lost the card that documents my vaccine. What do I do?
The information on your vaccination card is part of the state’s database. We recommend taking a photo of your vaccination card when you receive it at your appointment. If you have lost your vaccination card, your Primary Care Physician will have access to the database and will be able to get the information for you.
