Alzheimer’s & Dementia Caregivers Support Group
3rd Wednesday of each month, 10:30-11:30 am.
This support group is free, open to the public and meets at the Virginia Hospital Center Carlin Springs Campus.
Healthy Aging Lectures

The Health Promotion Department offers several classes to keep seniors active and connected within the community.
The Senior Health Department sponsors free, confidential memory screenings to promote proper detection of memory problems and provide education about successful aging. The one-on-one, noninvasive screening takes only five to ten minutes and is administered by a qualified healthcare professional. For the next available screening date, please give us a call.
