Friday, February 28: 
You're Not Alone - Recognizing & Responding to Depression
LightHouse Healthcare, Inc. will present on the topic of depression and how this condition can be recognized and addressed, especially among older adults. Allegra Joffe, 50 + Community Ambassadors, will also provide information about resources throughout Northern Virginia to help people experiencing depression.

Kristen McGill RD, CSOWM is the in-store nutritionist for Giant Food. 
She will share the key to success when it comes to shopping and preparing meals for one or two. Learn tips and strategies on how to make a plan, stock up on the essentials and, of course, get creative!

Friday, April 24: 
Modern Advances in Spine Care

Eric J. Feuchtbaum, MD with OrthoBethedsa, will focus on recent advancements in spine health including the use of stem cells to help deterioration of discs,
minimally invasive surgery, and regenerative medicine
