Sadhana Rajamoorthi, MD joined the VHC Physician Group — Primary Primary Care Falls Church in July 2017.

Dr. Rajamoorthi is a native of Pennsylvania who received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, History, and Philosophy of Science studies University of Pittsburgh in 2009. She then went on to receive her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2014. She completed her residency at Georgetown University – Providence Hospital in 2017 where she was Chief Resident and a Global Health Scholar.

Dr. Rajamoorthi has a clinical interest in Global Health and international medicine, as well as preventative care. She approaches patient care wanting to improve health and lives of families through awareness, education, advocacy, and prevention. She is a member of the AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians), and she also conducts asylum evaluations as part of the Physicians for Human Rights organization.

In her free time, Dr. Rajamoorthi enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and dog, music, movies, cooking, and a good cup of coffee.
