Shalini M. Sitzmann, D.O. graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas and completed her medical education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. She moved to Washington D.C. for her internal medicine residency at Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Sitzmann is board certified in internal medicine and joined the Virginia Hospital Center Physician Group - Primary Care Arlington (formerly known as Medical Associates of Arlington) in 2008.

Dr. Sitzmann has a holistic approach to medicine and places an emphasis on patient education, disease prevention, good nutrition and fitness.
