Description

This class focuses on improving balance, mobility, and stability, by learning how to move the body in a healthy and safe way, reinforcing body awareness, reduce body injury, and gaining lower body & core strength. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.  The only equipment needed is a chair without handles.
