Description

Balletone is a fusion of non stop cardio and strength that blends techniques from ballet, Pilates and Fitness.  Balletone™  provides a foundation for healthier posture, improved body alignment, increased balance, and core strength. Balletone is an upbeat dance fitness class using current pop music (think Zumba but with low impact Ballet moves!).
