Honorees are chosen for outstanding performance in their roles as financial stewards and for contributing to an organization’s success. Judging criteria include the ability to overcome significant business challenges, financial growth, and superior management skills.

Robin Norman has served the Hospital for 35 years, starting as an accounting manager in 1979 and working her way up to CFO. Under her fiscal leadership the Hospital has grown from a small, community facility to an award-winning, high-value medical provider nationally recognized for clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.
