How to Refer

Simply have your staff contact the Center for Pelvic Floor Disorders at Virginia Hospital Center at 703.717.4800. Our coordinator will arrange for your patient to see the appropriate specialist. Urgent cases can be seen the same day—often within two hours; less urgent cases can be seen by the next day.

Before your patient leaves your office, please complete and fill out the Center for Pelvic Floor Disorders referral form or have him or her to bring it to their first appointment.
