| Bio: | Dr. Ray joined the Virginia Hospital Center Pathology group in July, 2012. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Chemistry. He then received a PhD in Chemistry from Stanford University. He moved on to receive his MD from Duke University School of Medicine; he stayed at Duke and completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Dr. Ray completed fellowships in Molecular Genetic Pathology and Surgical Pathology at the University of North Carolina Hospitals. He practiced in New York before completing a Hematopathology fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital.
He’s Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, Molecular Genetic Pathology and Hematopathology. |
