Dr. Fulenwider is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology with over 21 years of experience.  She served as Chairman of the Pathology Department at Potomac Hospital for 14 years prior to becoming affiliated with Virginia Hospital Center.  She has served on multiple Medical Staff Committees and on the Potomac Hospital Medical Executive Committee.  She has served as Medical Examiner for both Fairfax and Prince William Counties.

Dr. Fulenwider received a degree from Emory University prior to attending medical school at the University of Miami.  Dr. Fulenwider was a resident at the Washington Hospital Center and Chief Resident at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
