The Health Promotion Department offers several classes to keep seniors active and connected within the community:
- Strength & Stretch For Seniors. Improve range of motion, muscle strength & bone health.
- Adaptive/Seated Yoga
- Gentle Yoga
- Restorative Yoga
- Gentle Pilates
- Tai Chi & Beginner Tai Chi
- Seniorcise. 10-week sessions. Maintain & regain strength & flexibility.
